Rock and Roll My Soul Event to be Held at
Casey Jones Village Amphitheatre July 16th
(Jackson,TN) "Rock and Roll My Soul" and the "Musicians Care Network" is coming to Jackson July 16th for a concert event at Casey Jones Village Amphitheatre. It will be held from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Rock and Roll My Soul is the entertainment side of the Musicians Care Network, where working musicians can join a program to receive basic services for medical, dental and mental care. The founders are working to set up networks in every city in the United States that doesn't have a similar program.
(Jackson,TN) "Rock and Roll My Soul" and the "Musicians Care Network" is coming to Jackson July 16th for a concert event at Casey Jones Village Amphitheatre. It will be held from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Rock and Roll My Soul is the entertainment side of the Musicians Care Network, where working musicians can join a program to receive basic services for medical, dental and mental care. The founders are working to set up networks in every city in the United States that doesn't have a similar program.
It was inspired by a 44 year old musician who did not have health insurance that tragically died as the result of a abscessed tooth. Founder and musician Willi X Evans explains, "This is not insurance. It is musicians helping musicians provide for one another through their donations and it works."
The concert lineup for Casey Jones Village Amphitheatre Saturday, July 16th is Boomer Castleman, George Harper Band (featuring Donnie Winters on guitar), Tyler Goodson Blues Band, Jennifer Friend, Kicking Jacks, the W.S.Holland Band, Stan Perkins and Jimmy Hall of Wet Willie fame "Keep on Smilin", "Weekends" and more.

Tickets are $15 at the door and $10 in advance and will also be available at Music Highway Crossroads in the Shoppes at Casey Jones Village.
There will also a silent auction at the event on July 16th where people can bid on guitars signed by Ted Nugent , Willie Nelson and others as well as a fiddle signed by Charlie Daniels.
The Musicians Care Network is also looking for medical professionals, especially who are also musicians, to join the program. They are asking those professionals to donate three visits per month for working musicians who do not have insurance.
Casey Jones Amphitheatre is located at 56 Casey Jones Lane in Jackson, Tennessee.
