Songwriter's Depot Kicks Off 2011 Season
Update: What a fantastic show we had at Songwriter's Depot as the 2011 season kicked off on January 27th! Hometown favorite Ash Bowers performed with his friends Chuck Jones and Derek George. It was a lot of fun as these incredible singer/songwriters shared their wonderful talent with us in the sold out show in the Barnside Room at the Old Country Store. Many thanks as always to show producer Shane Connor with WYN 106.9 for all his hard work bringing us the best of the best in country music songwriters. We look forward to the 2011 season! Save the date for the next 4th Thursday show on February 24th.

The WYN 106.9 Songwriter's Depot launches its 8th season live from the
Barnside Room in the Old Country Store in Casey Jones Village Thursday
January 27th. The supper hour begins at 6:00 pm and the show at 7:00
pm. Cover is $10 and dinner is not included in the cost of the show.
This month's show welcomes Jackson's own Ash Bowers, a country music artist living his dream and a gifted singer/songwriter. http://www.ashbowers.com/ Ash will be celebrating the release of his new national single. Also appearing at the January show will be Chuck Jones and Derek George. Some of Chuck's writing credits include John Berry's "Your Love Amazes Me" & Diamond Rio's "Love A Little Stronger" plus cuts by Reba, Billy Dean and others. Derek toured with Bryan White and co-wrote songs such as "So Much For Pretending" for Bryan plus "Imagine That" for Diamond Rio. on the fourth Thursday of the month, Songwriter's Depot guests enjoy
