Free Museum Day A Huge Success!

Tennessee Inaugural Event January 15

Update:  We were honored to participate in the state wide celebration of Bill Haslam's Inauguration as the 49th Governor of the State of Tennessee offering free admission on January 15th, 2011.  Museums and attractions across our great State offered free admission to their guests.  Casey Jones Museum To Offer Free Admission
on Inauguration Day January 15th

(Jackson, TN)  In honor of the Inauguration of Bill Haslam as the 49th Governor of the State of Tennessee, the historic Casey Jones Home & Railroad Museum is honored to participate in a statewide museum and attractions celebration offering free admission to the historic Casey Jones Home & Railroad Museum on Saturday, January 15th during the regular Museum hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  For a list of all participating venues across the State visit http://www.billhaslam.net/attractions/ .

Casey Jones Home & Railroad Museum features the original 1890's home of railroad legend Casey Jones, the 8,000 square foot Train Station Museum and the Casey Jones Train Store.  It is located at 30 Casey Jones Lane in Jackson on the Highway 45 By-pass just south of I-40 exit 80A.  The website is www.caseyjones.com.
