Posted Wednesday, December 8th, 2010: Today Juanita Shaw is going to be in the kitchen on the Jackson 24/7 show sharing a Shaw family favorite that has been served at Thanksgiving and Christmas for many many years around the Shaw table. Juanita going to be
joined by her Mother-in-law Anne Shaw, her very special guest today, and they are preparing Miss Anne's Holiday Cranberry
Salad. We want encourage everyone on how much fun it is to cook together and how special spending time in the kitchen with family is. It's so
important of passing down these wonderful family recipes to the next generation. The

Anne Shaw's Holiday Cranberry Salad
2 C. cranberries
1 orange
1 apple
1 C. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple drained
1 C. chopped pecans
1-3oz. lemon jello (mix as packet directs, do not chill)
Remove seeds from orange and core from apple. Run berries, orange
and apple through food grinder. Mix sugar with pineapple and combine
with ground ingredients. Add nuts. Add all to jello and pour into molds.
Chill in refrigerator until salad is firm.
