Songwriter's Depot Kicks Off 7th Season!

Hit after hit, it was a night to remember as we enjoyed an incredible show at Songwriter's Depot kicking off our 7th big season. Many thanks to our amazingly talented singer/songwriters who came from Nashville to perform for us. It was a wonderful show!

(Jackson, TN) Songwriter's Depot is full steam ahead to kick-off the new year and 7th season of the popular live acoustic show Thursday, January 28th at the Old Country Store.
The dynamic line-up features three renowned singer/songwriters ~ Jimmy Melton, Casey Beathard & Phil O'Donnell ~ who between them have penned hits recorded by the biggest names in country music.
One of West Tennessee's favorite artists, Jimmy wrote "She Was" for Mark Chesnutt, "Every Friday Afternoon" for Craig Morgan and "I'm One of You" for Hank Williams, Jr. He has written songs for such country stars as George Jones, Blake Shelton and Dierks Bentley. A Henderson, Tennessee native, Jimmy has appeared on the Songwriter's Depot stage more than any other artist in the event's seven year history.
A past recipient of the BMI Songwriter of the Year award, Casey Beathard has countless hits for such stars as Kenny Chesney's with "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problems" and Tracy Byrd, Gary Allen, Billy Currington and Trace Adkins.
Phil O'Donnell is an award winning songwriter of such mega hits as Craig Morgan's "That's What I Love About Sunday", Montgomery Gentry's "Back When I Knew It All", Clay Walker's "Fore She Was Mama" and co-wrote "Sounds Like Life to Me" with Darryl Worley. O'Donnell has co-produced with long time friend and country music star Craig Morgan on his last several recording projects.

Each month on the 4th Thursday, Songwriter's Depot offers an outstanding
night of musical entertainment featuring dinner hour at 6 pm followed by an acoustic show at 7 pm in the round featuring legendary songwriters from Nashville to Muscle Shoals performing songs they have penned and telling the story behind the song. It is produced by Shane Connor, Operations Manager of WYN 106.9.
The cover charge for the show is $10.00 per person. Dinner is not included in the price of the show. Reservations are required and can be made by calling WYN 106.9 at 731.427.9616.
